Distribution Freight
We deliver your goods quickly and safely to your destination anywhere in Estonia. We offer distribution services for chilled and deep-frozen food products, as well as goods at standard temperatures, across the entire territory of Estonia. Deliveries to major cities—Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Viljandi, Rakvere, and Narva—take place from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries to other areas in Estonia are made according to the delivery schedule.

Transportation Procurement
We offer procurement transport services for chilled and deep-frozen food products, as well as goods at standard temperatures. This includes the collection of assembled goods to our Tallinn terminal at Betooni 6 or our Tartu terminal at Vinkli 8.

International Transport
We offer provision and distribution service for refrigerated and frozen goods and goods at normal temperature in Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Italy and Poland. Ensuring food safety is an important priority for us, which is why we also have the international food safety management system ISO 22000 certificate.

Terminal Services
CD goods terminal
We offer CD (Cross Docking) distribution service for goods. In collaboration with the partner, we develop a package matching their needs. At the distribution terminal, we accept goods at the agreed time, we unpack them, we bundle them for the receiver and we assemble them according to the transport rounds. We check that the partner’s delivery note is in compliance with the wholesale quantities and we check the labelling of the packages. The goods are in storage for the short term and they are not formalized for storage. Receiving CD goods to the terminal takes place from Sunday to Friday according to the time which is agreed upon with the partner. CD goods terminals are in Tallinn at Betooni 6 and in Tartu at Vinkli 8.

Warehousing of goods
We offer our partners flexible solutions for storing refrigerated and frozen goods, managing inventory and bundling. We handle the goods entrusted to us with great care and attention and deliver them at the agreed time. Thanks to modern solutions, we are able to effectively manage inventory and track goods from arrival at the terminal to delivery to the customer. As an additional service, we also apply labels to products and bulk packages and offer other services that create extra value for our partners.

Advance Payment Terms
- Service Request:The client sends a written request for the desired service to the email address . We will respond in writing, specifying the cost of the requested service, including VAT, and the time when the service will take place. If the client agrees with the service time and price, they confirm it in writing to the same email address. A reference number will be assigned by the service provider to the request. The client will receive a payment link via Maksekeskus, where the reference number and the total service cost, including VAT, will be shown. Once the payment is received, the agreed service will be provided. An invoice for the received advance payment will be issued to the client within 2 working days.
- Service Deadline:The service deadline will be as stated in the quotation.
- Complaint Procedure:If the service provider is unable to perform the service, they will inform the client in writing via email and refund the received amount within 2 working days. The client has the right to request a refund if the service provider fails to provide the service within the time specified in the quotation. A complaint, along with the reference number, must be sent to .

We are a local Estonian company that started out in 1995 in Haapsalu with simply one truck, but quickly grew into the largest logistics company in Estonia dealing with transport of refrigerated and frozen goods. Our main fields of operation are transport and terminal services. The company’s terminals are located in Tallinn (Betooni 6, recognition number 2183) and Tartu (Vinkli 8, recognition number 2127).
In addition to domestic transport, we also offer international transport to Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Italy. Our modern fleet consists of nearly 40 truck trailers and 50 distribution trucks, all of which are equipped with refrigeration and cooling units certified with ATP recognition. We renew our fleet every year and therefore become more efficient and environmentally friendly in our work. Our good partner is Scania Eesti AS, whose trucks we mainly use.
It is important for us to keep up with the needs of our clients and offer flexible and personalized solutions, so we improve our services accordingly. Our advantage is high-quality transport service with tight delivery schedule across the republic and a steady client base. Our clients include several successful Estonian food industries that have been our customers for decades.
Our company’s head office is still located in Haapsalu. Over the years we have kept contributing to the development of Lääne County a priority. In 2024, AS Est-Trans Kaubaveod was elected “Lääne County’s Company of the Year” and we also received third place as “The Business Engine of the Lääne County”. We are employers to nearly 130 people across Estonia, including many dedicated and long-term employees. The average length of service of our people is at least 10 years.
