CD goods terminal

We offer CD (Cross docking) distribution service for goods. In collaboration with the partner, we develop a suitable package, as we offer a provision and distribution service according to the wishes of the partner. At the distribution terminal, we accept goods at the agreed time, we unpack them, we bundle them for the receiver and we assemble them according to the transport rounds. We check that the partner’s delivery note is in compliance with the wholesale quantities and we check the labelling of the packages. The goods are in storage for the short term and they are not formalized for storage. Receiving CD goods to the terminal takes place from Sunday to Friday according to the time which is agreed upon with the partner. Warehousing of goods

We offer warehousing, stock management and bundling of refrigerated and frozen goods and goods at normal temperature.

Goods receipt

Upon receiving the goods from the partner, we perform unloading, we measure the temperature of the goods, we check he compliance of quantities and labels against the delivery notes, we check the shelf life of the goods, and based on external observation, we separate the damaged goods from rest of the goods. The receipt of goods takes place from Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 16:00. During working days prior to public holidays, the company operates according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia or according to the notification previously sent by Est-Trans Kaubaveod AS.

Warehousing of goods

We place the received goods into different zones in the warehouse while paying attention to the required temperature of the stored goods. We guarantee the traceability of goods from receipt until delivery to the customer. We use Microsoft Dynamics Axapta software for keeping stock so that it is possible to monitor the receipt of all goods, its location in the warehouse and its delivery.

Management of sales

Our partners can send in orders electronically. We work with a variety of different communication suppliers.

Bundling of goods

We bundle the goods according to the requests from the partner. We bundle on full-bases, bulk containers and also by the piece. In accordance with our partners’ wishes, we adhere to the FIFO or FEFO system and the shelf time percent (%) agreed with the partner’s customer when bundling the goods.

Dispatch of goods

We dispatch the bundled goods at the time agreed upon with the partner. With the goods, we also dispatch the delivery notes which have been sent to us by the partner or they are print-outs from our warehousing software. The outputs of the print-put delivery notes can be designed according to the wishes of the partner.

Additional services
